You are prohibited from posting or submitting false information to The Natural Way.
It is your responsibility to keep your account and password secure. The Natural Way will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to meet this security obligation.
The Natural Way must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. It is also not to be used to infringe upon any laws in your jurisdiction, such as copyright laws.
The Natural Way has the right to terminate your account and decline any present or future use of the Service or any other The Natural Way service for any reason.
Breaching any of the terms or general conditions may lead to the closure of your account.
Limitation of liability

Indemnity

If you have violated or threaten to violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree that your actions and/or omissions shall be unlawful, constitute an unfair business practice, and cause The Natural Way irreparable harm for which money damages would be inadequate. Therefore, in such event, The Natural Way shall have the ability to seek and obtain injunctive and/or other equitable relief that it deems appropriate, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available.
Charge Dispute Policy
If a customer disputes a charge with their credit card company after services have been rendered, The Natural Way reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card on file an additional fee to cover the costs and inconvenience associated with the dispute. This fee may be equivalent to the disputed charge amount, along with a processing fee of $20 or 20% of the total charge, whichever is greater.
Lateness Policy
If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible to inform us of your estimated arrival time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and forfeit your scheduled session. This is to ensure that we are able to provide our services in a timely manner to all clients and to minimize any inconvenience caused to other clients who may have appointments scheduled after yours.
Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world. The Content and Marks are provided in or through the Services "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Products
We make every effort to accurately display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the products' colors, features, specifications, and details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Purchases And payment

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price as we deem required. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. Cancelation/Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee of $20 will be applied. This fee is instituted to cover the allocated time and resources reserved for your appointment.
No-Show Policy
We at The Natural Way Spa value your business and strive to provide outstanding service to all our guests. In order to ensure efficient operations and respect the time of both our clients and staff, we have established the following No-Show Policy.
Policy Acknowledgment:
By booking an appointment with The Natural Way Spa, whether online, via phone, or through email, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to our No-Show Policy.
No-Show Fee:
We fully understand that unforeseen events can occur, leading to the inability to attend a scheduled appointment. However, to maintain fairness and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification of cancellation or rescheduling, you will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
This fee is imposed to compensate for the reserved time and resources that were allocated for your appointment.
Communication and Courtesy:
We encourage open communication and request that you contact us at your earliest convenience if you anticipate any changes to your scheduled appointment. Prompt notification allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and potentially accommodate other clients.
Gift Card Policy
At The Natural Way Spa, we are delighted to offer our customers the flexibility and joy of gifting through our specialized gift cards. Our policy ensures that these gift cards are both a convenient and thoughtful way to share our natural skincare and spa treatments.
Policy Acknowledgment:
By purchasing a gift card from The Natural Way Spa, whether from our Shop page or Appointments page, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to our Gift Card Policy.
Types of Gift Cards:
Product Gift Card: This gift card is purchasable on the Shop page and can only be applied to product purchases made through this page.
Appointment Gift Card: This gift card is purchasable on the Appointments page and can only be applied to services booked through this page.
Email Delivery:
Both types of gift cards can be emailed directly to any email address provided at the time of purchase, offering a quick and easy way to send your gift.
Usage Restrictions:
Each gift card is specific to its origin of purchase
Product Gift Cards are strictly for product purchases and cannot be used for booking services.
Appointment Gift Cards are exclusively for services and are not applicable to product purchases.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases of the wrong type of gift card (e.g., purchasing a Product Gift Card when a Service Gift Card was intended). It is important to select the correct gift card according to your or the recipient's needs.

Package Policy

Package Benefits:
Each package purchase entitles you to one free product of your choice, which must be redeemed in person at our spa. Proof of package purchase is required to claim your free product.
Online and In-Store Purchase:
Packages can be purchased either online or directly at our spa. After purchase, you will be provided with a unique code that you must apply online during checkout. This code is crucial for scheduling your appointments.
Non-Transferability:
Packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the purchaser or the original recipient only.
Booking and Scheduling:
All appointments included in a package must be scheduled online using the provided code. We encourage booking in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
The same cancellation and rescheduling policy previously outlined in our Terms of Service applies to package appointments as well.
Expiration and Refunds/Exchanges:
Packages are valid for one year from the purchase date. The unique code received upon purchase expires one year from that date; however, appointments may be scheduled beyond this one-year period if the code is used before it expires.
There are no refunds or exchanges for any package purchases.
